Christmas Memories: Stockholm 2015

Since looking at more leaves and berries is boring, I've decided to revisit more of the Christmases of the past. Today we have a short look at our trip to Stockholm in 2015. We start with folks buying fresh trees along the street.
We found churches all decked out for the season.

This is the outside of the city hall where the Nobel Prize banquet is held each year.

Inside are many marvels including this ceiling.

We spent a couple nights (New Year's eve was one of them) in a boat docked here. Ours was the second closest one.

A bit out of order, here are the stairs in the Nobel banquet hall that all the winner walk down to take their place at the lang dining table.

As the sun begins to set - this is about 2:30 PM - we enjoy the suns glow over the city.

There are a variety of statues around town. This naked lady is in the water. If standing naked in the water in Stockholm in the winter doesn't
make you feel cold, I don't know what will. By the way, the boat with the string of lights over the top in the distance is the one we stayed in for a couple nights.
