To give you a taste of our local spring color, especially since I removed it all yesterday, here are few of the blooms I found on a short walkabout.
Red and green are the most common colors. This azalea does a good job of showing off this combination.
But the grace and texture of a tulip really add a lot to the view. We returned home from our New Mexican adventure on the trailing edge of the tulip season, but I was able to find a few that inspired.
Yet, there are other colors that catch the eye. This tree is filled with these delicately hued flowers. It brightens the street and makes the spring that we emerge from the covid all the more pleasant.
