More Scenes from Hurricane Ridge

On our way back down the mountain, we stopped again to have a look at the water and the distant Cascades.

But even here there are plenty of nearby mountains and trees to see.

In fact, the nearby trees make a nice silhouette against the distant horizon.

These dead limbs look a little like worms coming out of the trees in the background.

And out by the road we find a few deer feeding on the grasses.
