The Remainder of the Walk

This bright flower grows on a shrub of some sort. I liked the composition since the overhanging leaf reminded me somehow of a cool drink with an umbrella in it.



This fellow is another variety of St. John's Wort. I find these to be endlessly interesting.

This Asian Lily is decked out in a rare color.

Another flower I do not know. In color, it is a garishly bright color of pink that completely overwhelms the image. But in B&W, it is a study in texture and detail. By darkening the center just a bit I can draw your eye to the heart of the flower, something I could not do in color.
