While there are still red berries to be had, much what there is to see on a walk about town is brown and green...dead leaves, dormant bushes and evergreens.

It drips from everywhere and seldom leaves a street dry for long.
These seed pods make a nicely textured subject for a sunny day image.
This plant, which I cannot identify in its current state, is sporting lacey flower petals as they continue to degrade. Reminiscent of the ribbing in a mayfly or dragonfly wing, they create a busy but pleasing image.
