Home Tour

Since we are stuck at home so much these days, I thought I take a few minutes to actually show you our humble abode. I did a walk through and made some videos. Above, starting from the front door, is a tour of the living room. It ends at the entrance to the kitchen.



Here's the kitchen that we got finished last spring. We are really quite pleased with it. The windows make for lots of light. The open area is likely to be home to a table and chairs at some point, but we haven't settled on the details yet.

Connected to the kitchen area is our bedroom and bath. The next video takes us to the bedroom.

Finally, we tour the bath. Punctuated with a brief self-portrait.

The tour ends back outside on the front porch.

So there. You've now seen our entire abode. On the tour of the kitchen you saw a gray door with white shutters on it next to a stained glass window. Beyond that is the where the kids live. We are cosy family here and are having a good time. While isolation has its ups and downs, we are pretty darned happy here in our, as Anna calls it, "Retirement Community".
