Groundcovers and Weeds

Lots of the groundcovers are putting out new growth now. I like this one because it looks like a collection of tiny green, plump roses.

Some of the bright green fronds of this one are bursting out in red tips and really showing off.

After the colors shapes of the groundcover above, let's pause for a little monochrome hydrophobia. The tiny hairs on this leaf not only contribute to the hydrophobia but also give the surface a bit of a furry look. 

Even weeds are more interesting when covered with water.
