Snohomish Car Show

About this time each year (except, of course, last year), Snohomish has car show where folks with restored vehicles, mostly those considered antiques, are displayed. I'm not sure if there are prizes but everyone seems to have a good time. Folks park their precious ones along 1st street and the local shops/restaurants are all open to invite in the customers.

There are lots of great colors used in restoring these cars and trucks. I found the bits with chrome next to the painted parts most interesting. Abstract reflections and details abound.

I'm pretty sure that the color of this chevy is not original nor is the style of tires. Some of these vehicles are quite different from the why they looked in the '50's and '60's.

And this one is really different from the original intent. Doesn't everyone want a car that is salmon pink?

Great hood ornaments are found on many of the older cars.
