We stopped many places to have a look at the shore. Each place has its own character. The marine layer was still present when we arrived at this beach.
The rocks and sea stack give this place a very different appearance from the last place. You can tell the birds like the sea stack since it is white on top.
The large gap in the rock at the terminus of the land below suggests strongly where the large rock just off shore likely came from. If true, I'll bet that was a heckuva sight/sound to behold.
Looking south along the beach into the morning mist, we see the highway we just drove on. The layers of the hills fading into the fog give this an ethereal appearance.
