Not all fall colors are read, of course. I found fallen leaves in various stages of yellow sitting on a bright green lawn.
This red leaf is interesting not just for the color bu also for the design the insects made in it when having lunch.
These flowers are on our front porch. I thought the leaves make an unusual contrast with the orange flowers.
The hydrangea in the side yard is slowly fading away as the season advances. The flowers seems to age as we all do, with spots and skin changes that advertise our advancing years.
