It was much quieter today than it was back in 2019 for our first visit. This allowed me to more easily move around and photograph.
The Rumbach Synagogue had a much more modern feel to it, no doubt because it is a less traditional design, better illuminated with natural light, and lighter colored materials. Imagine this place illuminated by candles.
While the color scheme is similar to the Rumbach building, here, the details of the designs are quite different and it has a very different feel.
Looking back towards the entrance, we see the stained glass over the doors that lead from the lobby area to the main hall.
The intricate designs and symmetry give this place a special appeal in monochrome.
