Walking into Town

With the growing sunshine availability I can enjoy afternoon walks in addition the morning runs. As the PNW version of summer slowly comes, new kinds of plants appear...weeds we'd mostly call them...and the scenes begin to shift.

Some plants are already putting out berries. I don't know if this is a plant that the birds like, but it one that adds a somber beauty to the streets.

Even such things as a vine that has grown through a fence can add interest to the walk.

Once on First Street, we can find lots of thing to see. My eye was caught by the duck sitting in the window.
