We associate many colors with the autumn season, but spring also has it share of non-floral colors. It seems that all the colors are always there, the plant just chooses what to show off depending on the season.
Other bushes seems to be in a hurry to get to the summer season. This bush already has brown bits on the flowers. While I can't tell if the brown parts represent the now unused covers of the flower bud or if it is parts of the flower that that is already past its prime. Whatever it is, it make the plant appear to be in a hurry to get through the spring.
This plant is clearly taking its time to get all decked out. Lots of pretty white flowers and plenty of light green new growth coming on. A vigorous approach to spring and summer.
After seeing so many bushes and trees with flowers in perfectly natural hues, this man-made juxtaposition of colors feels a little garish and out of place.
