When I go out for a photowalk these days, I find that I have to work pretty hard to find something that I haven't already photographed (a lot). On this particular outing, I spied some trees and a fun gate.
This gate image feels a little like a multimedia presentation: metal, stone, wood, and leaves. Both natural and man-made together in one tableau.
There is something about this gnarl in this tree that puts me in the mind of the face of an animal with tusks and a misshapen snout.
