Borough Market

After saving up our money and husbanding our appetites, we headed out to the Borough Market to enjoy the season.



The spice store was well stocked with goodies from all over the world.

There was plenty of really yummy bread on sale.

There were people everywhere, at times, cheek-by-jowl.

There were plenty of fresh vegetables to be had.

And fresh seafood on display.

And of course, the game stall was doing a land office business.

the high point for us was the Pieminister...lots of yummy meat pies. We bought some for our dinner that evening and a good time was had by all.
