Zoo Part IV
There were other pretty birds besides the Cock-of-the-Rock. Too bad I don't know who they are.
As you can see by comparing with the kernel of corn that he is holding, this fellow is really small.
This guy is quite pretty, but I apologize that I don't know his name.
But, these guys are Pink Flamingos. This fellow was busy filter feeding in the pond provided. It seems these birds have baleen very similar to whales for filtering the food out of the water.
The long necks make for interesting shapes when they are not feeding.
Sometimes, they are just brilliantly colored balls of feathers.
