Gregory and Janice are spending their lives with the last name of Moo. I assume the lack of death dates indicates that they are still among us. I think my last name is often annoying, having to spell it all the time. These folks probably don't have to spell it. But I best they have to explain it a lot. Definitely not a common sort of name in these parts.
In fact, they felt the need to explain it on the gravestone.
As interesting is the fact that he's noted his Ph.D. here ...
