Edinburgh

Along the Royal Mile between Holyrood and the castle, we wandered the stores.

Occasionally, the sun would break through and we'd see a facade lit against a darker sky.

I, naturally, had a visit to the Whisky Experience and took the tour. At the end, we visited a room with a huge collection of unopened whisky bottles while we had our dram that was included.

Back on the street, there is an owl for some reason.

Not large crowds about, but still, there are plenty of people in the cold sightseeing and buying presents.

And there is at least one who is trying to spread his version of God's word.

What used to be a horse fountain, is now a street decoration.
