Back on the Bus

After the Cathedral and Necropolis, we hopped back on the bus to see more of the city. Our ride took us through parts of the city not within easy walking distance of the city center where we were staying. This gave us a broader view of the place.

We passed the Merchant City Clock Tower that stands now (always?) in the middle of the street.

I found this to be a remarkable building in which to house a Cafe Nero.

The is the Gallery of Modern Art back in the center of the city. Note the "hat" on the statue in front.

At last we come to the Clyde and the Clyde Arc. This is on a bridge called the Squinty Bridge because it crosses the river at an angle. Next stop is the Clydeside Distillery.
