This coneflower in our front yard is still in full bloom. While many of the blossoms are past their sell-by date, there remain many, such as the one above, that are cutting a fine figure.
This intimate view of a leaf of decorative cabbage (or some such thing) makes a nice showing.
In front of one house, there was a bit of yard art with a spherical stone centerpiece. This appears to be a happy place for the snails.
A tree, long since cut down, has developed cracks at select ring locations and produced a surface with strong design elements.
