Eastwood Market
A short shopping trip closer to home took us past a few places here in Eastwood that were interesting. Above is the local fish market filled with fresh fish. I know they were (mostly) fresh since the smell was much less than I expected.
The bakery sells the usual buns but also meringues in various flavors.
Outside the row of shops is a bulletin board with lots of bills posted.
One of the butchers keeps its meat in shrinkwrap even while it is in the refrigerated case.
The greengrocer sells a staggering range of fruit and veg.
And they are doing a land office business. At the far checkout is Elizabeth getting our supply.
Woolies delivers groceries so shopping for for fresh fruit and vegetables is all we need to do in person. Toting all the heavy staples and bulky supplies is taken care of for us.
