Not everything in Madrid is converted to a store for selling things or a home for living in. Somethings are simply bits of a bygone era that sit and slowly decay.
In an effort to keep up with the general scheme of lots of saturated colors, this store has a sign outfront that is even more saturated that the pristine blue sky overhead.
One place is an art gallery where the artists inside cast goat looking pieces for you set in you house. since we have no place to put a goat (I am the resident old goat and I resent the intrusion!), we only come to look.
The clothes selection available seems the straddle the border between recycled work clothes and recycled hippy clothes. That seems to sum up the chic New Mexican look.
Every conceivable sort of thing to separate you from your money is to be found here (well, except for the naughty sort of bits perhaps). Most all of it involves some sort of art.
