The trails are well marked and roped off from the petroglyphs and the wild desert. As a result, we cannot get close to the stones to see these in any detail or from better angles.
Some of the drawings appear to the be people with wings, others are perhaps people with antlers...or maybe round-faced deer or elk, I don't know.
There are all sorts of animals and people and geometric designs. Spirals are popular.
It has the feel of being a place where people gathered to draw what whas on their mind. A kind of social media of the day.
