Between the larger lakes are small lakes/ponds that add charm to the countryside.
Even in a place where there are few features to draw the eye, there is plenty to see. A calm and soothing view is always at hand.
The trees and ferns combine to create a lush, seemingly untouched, place to let the mind wander.
Even though I know that the clearnings are man made, this view still has the feel of a virgin countryside awaiting exploration. Could it be that Hobbits once lived here?
