Mercado Central de Atarazanas
Like other cities of any size in Spain, Malaga has a central market filled with food of all descriptions.
And like Valencia (and I assume other coastal cities), there is lots of seafood to be had.
All this is located under one roof in a large hall that takes up most of a city block.
The seafood enven includes shellfish that I have never seen on a menu. At least not one that I can read and understand. Who knows what's been on the menus here in Spain that I've not understood?!
Of course, there is also lots of meat as well.
And there are nuts and dried fruits of every description.
This is great market. There isn't anything you can think of that you can't find here.
