Dennes Point, Bruny Island
Dennes Point is at the northern end of North Bruny Island. Standing here and looking over the water is to look back at mainland Tasmania.
After getting off of the ferry from Kettering, we drove a short distance along the sealed road and turned north on an unsealed road for a while. This took us to the small community of Dennes Point.
The clouds made the views over the water dramatic. there is a nice beach here but you really don't want to swim, even in the summer. The water is still quite cold.
