A Walk in Snohomish

In one of periodic walkabouts in Snohomish, I found several place to take a few snaps.

In front of what is now a real estate office and, presumably was once a bank, we find the town clock. I thought that clouds and colorful building across 1st street made a good background for this.

One of the antique stores has this toy airplane in the window. Need some pretty wide sidewalks to pedal this thing on.

Children's toys (as opposed to the adult toy I carry around) make interesting images. This old child's grocery is filled with tiny replicas of well known items (or the real thing if it comes in small portions).

But a lot of what is found in these stores is stuff you'd call junk if it were in your garage.

Next to the Snohomish River is walkway from which I took this shot looking toward the cloud covered mountains.

At the east end of town, next to Andy's Fish House, is this weather vane silhouetted against the overcast sky (detecting a pattern yet?).

Finally, with a little care, I was able to photograph the inside and outside of a store while locating the front door.
