With sunshine available and the summer season Farmer's Market restarted, we headed down to check it out. It is much larger this year that any previous year we've been here. Multiple (short) streets are blocked off with booths selling all sorts of northwest kinds of things.

Modesto Farmer's Market
What would a trip to northern California be without a stop in Modesto, the home of George Lucas and the inspiration for American Graffiti? Well, our trip was not to directly answer that question but rather to visit the organic farmer's market they have here each week in the summer.

Murphys Farmer's Market
On Sundays, there is a small farmer's market in Murphys. It is located in a small park that sits next to Murphys Creek just a block or two from main street.

Everett Farmer's Market
We drove to Everett to check out the farmer's Market there and here are a few images of what we saw there. Lots of flower vendors to bee seen along with the food concessions and the crafty folks.

Portland Farmer's Market
Not all our trips were to see lots of water located in various directions out of town. We also spend time in the city exploring. One of our first expeditions was to the Portland Farmer's Market located in a park near Portland State University.

Toowoomba Farmer's Market
It's that one Saturday morning a month when Toowoomba has its farmer's market on the grounds of the Cobb & Co Museum. We had a bacon and egg bun and took in the wares on sale.

Farmer's Market
This weekend, we are visiting our friends in Arkansas to end our long fostering of their two cats, Patsy (Cline) and Buddy (Holly). This morning we visited the farmer's market in downtown Fayetteville and found it quite a pleasant experience.
