Just when you thought the last church was over the top, you walk into the Church of the Society of Jesus. This place is clearly the work of a group of people with lots and lots of money.
It is very beautiful here and the intricate designs are really amazing.
But this is another church we had to pay to enter (ok, fair enough since everyone wants to see it) and were not allowed to take photos. Again, I leave these up until I'm forced to remove them.
In defense of the admission price, I'll just say that just maintaining the parquet floors must be hideously expensive.
