A Wee Bit More of Wet Leaves

The textures of these St. John's wort leaves is, for me, the ideal subject for closeup images. The water drop arrangement is always varied and interesting.

Whether in monochrome or color, the surface of the leaves has a nice velvety texture.

And the flowers have a nice, refreshing shade of yellow to complement the somber leaves.
