Once in a while we find ourselves driven by forces out of our control. Sometimes we twist in the prevailing wind and feel lost. Other times, we do what this tree has done...bend with the wind and choose new directions for growth.
If you feel alone and isolated, celebrate it. If you thrive and dance to your own drummer long enough, people will eventually come to help by building support walls. Sometimes, they even come to take pictures.
A rugged place can be a wonderful place to thrive. Others avoid it and you can show off your success without a lot of competition.
So, put down our roots, stretch out your arms and embrace the place you find yourself. If gets better only it you work ot make it so.
