Fremantle Market
The Fremantle market is open Friday-Sunday. We decided to try a visit on a Friday to avoid the mash of people we encountered on our previous Saturday visit.
Inside we found a big display of Protea. These are pretty amazing flowers.
There was a food stand that seems to produce a combination of sushi and tempura. Here are cooked prawns on a square of rice all tied together with a bit of seaweed.
There are lots of colorful stands selling everything from glassware to new age-y bits.
This place has gone crazy with kronuts. Any one of these would do me in pretty quick.
For some reason, there was a person just outside the back door with parts of a eucalyptus to feed a Koala. People were stepping to take a photo with the koala. I saw no money changing hands, so I don't know why this animal was here.
