To the West End

A quick snap from my phone to show our trip to the theater so see the show "Company" with (among other people) Patti Lupone. Lots of strong singing and good acting in the story about a young woman's struggle with being single and whether to get married.



We waited in the bar area (above) for the doors to open and we could take our seat. Our seat in the nosebleed section. We had a good view in spite of the altitude. 'twas a good performance.

 Outside, the jostling of the crowd meant that I took some blurry photos at the slow shutter speeds required. Nevertheless, you can see the decorations here between Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and adjacent streets.

 Almost no rain and a good crowd in the streets. Everyone is out for a good time. 'Tis the season!
