Old Spitalfield Market on Antiques Day
After our winding bus ride, we headed to the market at Spitalfields to check out the antiques. While sitting on the Central Line Underground, we noticed the distortion in the window opposite us.
Moving the camera about, I found a place where the distortion of our faces becomes clear.
In the market, there was a bit of everything besides the antiques. This T-shirt vendor is showing off the collection.
These young women are eyeing some old Chachkies.
And this delightful record player was sitting as an advertisement for one of the booths.
Even the children were into shopping.
This lady was adjusting her stock for better viewing.
This store doesn't have antiques but it does have some curious items.
Trust me, in real life this colorful food was not nearly so appetizing.
This collection of small metal boxes has some fun finds lurking.
The entrance of the market from Commercial Street is nicely decorated for the season.
