The Town of a Thousand Jacarandas
After leaving Mallangaree, we drove through a long stretch of parklands and pasture. All green and surrounded by great vistas.
After driving east through the town of Casino, we again turned south and headed to Grafton.
This is town filled with well-trimmed lanes lined mostly with jacarandas. These wonderful trees with their purple flowers lined most of the thoroughfares and against the solid blue sky, it was a sight to behold. So we took some photos so you, too, can behold it.
When we reached the center of town, we passed the usual hotel on the central square, turned left and headed on our way.
