A Brief Look Back at Belize & Guatemala

Back in 2008, we visited Belize and Guatemala. I thought you might enjoy a short stroll down memory lane.



Away from the crowded city, Belize is a sleepy and warm tropical retreat. I highly recommend it as destination.

Lush, beautiful, and friendly.

Across the border in Guatemala, lie the remains the Mayan city of Tikal.

Very different from the rain forests we find in the mountains here in southeastern Queensland.
