Across High Street from the castle grounds is the Windsor Royal Shops. This is a nice sort of mall, built as the sign says in 1897.
Lots of very Victorian bits to see here.
Just next to the mall entrance is the Harte and Garter Windsor Hotel. I'm quite sure that we could not afford to stay there.
