In addition to the explosion of flowers that spring brings, we also get plenty of lichens and mosses. I really like the yellow lichens.
This bush presents an array of flower buds on each stem in a sea of stems.
I walked down to the Pilchuck river to the small metal bridge to have a look about. This old paint-upholstered bridge is showing its history on the chin.
