Today was the clearest it's been this year. From Union Avenue, less than a block from our house, I could see Mt. Rainier and Little Tahoma Peak in stunning clarity. I developed them in B&W since in the afternoon sun, the image is very blue and I could not correct it to be anything sensible.
If you look at Google Maps satellite view you will see that this is a really huge mountain. According to "the Google" we are roughly 70 miles from this mountain. It is remarkable to be able to see it in such detail from this distance.
You can probably tell that this image is tinted a bit green at the bottom and slightly yellow at the top. I thought this would give a more natural feeling to the B&W scene.
