We also visited Samphire Cove to see what was happening here. We didn't much at all in the way of waterbirds, but there were a few old friends to see.
Above is the Magpie Lark in the midsts of his mating demonstration. Flapping his wings and making his call, he hopes for a mating opportunity.
A Gray Currawong stopped by on the path to have a look about.
An Australian Raven, common throughout the country, made his presence known here as well.
The flowers were also doing their parth to liven up the place.
