After our drive to the Main Range National Park (Waterfalls, Birds at Queen Mary Falls - I, Birds at Queen Mary Falls - II, More from the Main Range - Wallaby!), we decided on a quiet day around town.
Some months ago we learned about a new coffee shop in town opened by Canadians called Sugar Maple. And what would a Canadian do to give things a homey feel? Put maple syrup in (nearly) everything!
I have a mocha with a touch of maple, and E had cappuccino sweetened with maple syrup. We agree that this was just about the best coffee ever. It made us happy.
I highly recommend that you stop by Sugar Maple when you are in town. Very friendly staff and great coffee. We plan to go back to try out the a slice of pie or a muffin next time. You can only expect good things from a place that bills itself as "Cafe O' Eh", right?
